Duties:
- Monitor the progress of the After Sales Services and Quality Control activities
- Develop channels for markets across Asia Pacific to communicate their challenges
- Provide quality and service analytics and insights from markets
- Supervise the organization of auditing of the repair center
Requirements:
- Degree holders
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ASS & QC areas
- Solid experience in working with multiple countries across APAC
- Fluent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
- Strong presentation skills and analytics skills
