The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy for our luxury skincare and beauty products, ensuring the growth and profitability of the brand.
- Develop and execute the brand strategy, including market research, product development, and marketing campaigns
- Monitor market trends and consumer insights to ensure the brand stays relevant and competitive
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive brand growth and profitability
- Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and promotions
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and media partners
- Analyze sales and market data to make informed decisions on brand direction and tactics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the luxury skincare or beauty industry
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English and Thai, both spoken and written
