Our client is a leading provider of end-to-end digital transformation solutions and professional services, is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce or CRM systems. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our commitment to assisting clients in the Banking and Insurance industry in achieving their digital transformation goals.


  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements related to sales, customer relationship management, and service operations.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and documentation of current business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Design and propose tailored Salesforce or CRM solutions that align with clients' specific business needs, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
  • Develop comprehensive functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and other relevant documentation to clearly communicate the scope and objectives of the proposed solutions.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure the accurate and timely implementation of the proposed solutions.
  • Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and facilitate training sessions to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce or CRM systems.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Salesforce or CRM applications, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, best practices, and advancements in Salesforce or CRM technologies, and proactively recommend enhancements or new features to clients.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Salesforce or CRM are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Banking and Insurance industry, with a focus on Salesforce or CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of sales, customer relationship management, and service operations within the Banking and Insurance sector.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or CRM platforms, including configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
