A luxury retail brand client is looking for a Senior Executive, Client Development & Engagement, to join its regional office in Singapore.
Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will support the successful ideation and deployment of client engagement activation and generate client engagement insights.
In short, this role combines the art (plan and create compelling activations) and science (use data and insights) for client development and engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end client engagement calendar of activities
- Understand and translate client engagement and segmentation strategies into plans, drive implementations and measure ROIs
- Introduce, educate and refresh boutique teams on the available clientelling tools and touchpoints (eg gifting, in-boutique hospitality, exclusive services and experiences) to build and strengthen client development
- Champion accurate and complete client data collection and PDPA; coach and refresh boutique teams regularly; maintain good data integrity, hygience and security of client database
- Generate meaningful insights to identify client growth opportunities, work with boutique teams and Marketing department on continual improvement
- Collate celebrate clientelling successes (eg compliments, NPS) as source of inspiration and motivation for a client-centric brand culuture
Key requirements
- 4+ years of experience of in client service, management, engagement and/or development
- Comes with prior related hands-on experience vis-a-vis above descriptions
- Passionate in and has affinity with luxury lifestyle
- Driven and collaborative personality
Remuneration: annual basic between S$60,000 and S$67,000, plus variable performance bonus
