Our client is one of renown beauty and skincare corporations with a strong business presence in overseas. They are looking for an experienced Commercial Head who has strong business mindset to oversee business operations and lead commercial activities both online and offline countrywide. To be successful applicant, you should be able to manage and advance a business's strategic objectives with strong analytical, stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Reporting to Business Leader in overseas and working as individual contributor to provide business direction and insight regarding all commercial activities nationwide
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sales and profitability across all channels, including retail, e-commerce, and wholesale
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's reach and revenue
  • Working in partnership with key stakeholders in overseas to provide business insight, direction, and strategic recommendation
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure that commercial strategies are aligned with brand and product positioning
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform and adapt commercial strategies
  • Lead, identify, develop, and ensure excellent implementation of Omni-channel commercial plans
  • Looking out for new opportunities, develop, and maintain collaborations in Thailand
  • Initiate and execute B2B activities which in collaboration with external partners
  • Managing country P&L and grow profitably business by taking an entrepreneur mindset to actions and decisions
  • Initiate strategic and execute business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term
  • Analyzing business partners, competitors, risks, market trends, and local trends to help identify opportunities for developing strategies and action plans
  • Managing and resolving problematic developments and situations
  • Maintaining an open dialogue with stakeholders, and driving organizational success

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Proven experience in a similar commercial management role, preferably in the beauty and skincare industry
  • Strong commercial mindset to develop Go to market models for different channel partnerships
  • Strong understanding of OMNI channel retail and e-commerce, including experience in developing and implementing successful OMNI channel strategies
  • Eagle to learn, Thrive for challenging and drive for success with great attitude, interpersonal, communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Strategic and Entrepreneur mindset, business acumen, good personality, self-driven and strong commitment
