A luxury brand client is looking for an CRM Executive to join its Singapore office.
The brand's success over the centuries is anchored strongly on its commitments in people, communities and products.
With a strong data-driven approach, this role analyses customers behaviours in the Singapore market and implements intentionally curated CRM plans to the right client segments through the right communications channels.
This role will report to the Head of Marketing.
- Understand clients segmentations and the experiences journey, and use a variety of data points to identify the most optimal type and content of activations
- Analyse activations' performances (eg campaigns, events) to measure ROI and identify continual improvement opportunities
- Support Marketing and Clientelling teams to do segment target outreach (eg marketing communications, eDM and event invite)
- Manage and maintain the integrity and hygiene of data
- 3+ years of CRM experiences with hands-on in data analysis in campaigns performances
- Good communicator to articulate CRM insights and strategies to different internal stakeholders
- Good commercial acumen in understanding what drives ROI in different customers segment and business-partnering Product Marketing and Clientelling teams
