Primary Responsibilities:
Data-Driven Customer Insights
- Consolidate and analyze data from various sources to create a unified view of HCPs, facilitating data-driven decision-making and improved customer engagement.
- Provide insights related to customer experience management to ensure a consistent and meaningful CX across all touchpoints.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Identify problems and opportunities within OC and use analytical models to develop solutions.
- Conduct OC analytics work, including the development of key metrics/KPIs, content and channel performance assessments, and customer behavior analysis with streamlined reporting.
- Develop measurement plans for campaign tactics, both short-term and long-term, in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Implement scalable, efficient, and automated processes for large-scale data analysis and insights generation.
- Measure the performance of OC campaigns across engagement channels and suggest improvements to campaign effectiveness and channel ROI.
- Create data-driven dashboards with near real-time tracking using BI tools.
- Analyze CX metrics, HCP feedback, survey responses, and content effectiveness, and perform response modeling.
- Assist in developing and implementing data-driven marketing campaigns, optimizing campaigns based on results and revenue opportunities.
- Design A/B testing, scenario analysis, and deep dive analyses to address questions related to OC execution and its impact.
Stakeholder Management
- Provide analytics insights to other members of the local country team to enhance OC campaigns, content effectiveness, and channel prioritization for improved customer experience.
Project Management & Support
- Collaborate with internal Centers of Excellence (COEs) to explore new data sources and data science techniques for OC analytics and activations.
- Develop best practices related to OC analytics and share them with local markets to enhance capabilities.
- Integrate OC dynamics with broader analytics activities to provide a comprehensive view of commercial execution and customer engagement/experience.
Experience & Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
- Recommended total experience of 8+ years, including 5+ years of relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence, and data science.
