Our client is a Global Retail Firm and they are currently seeking a Data Analyst to join their regional team in Singapore.

This role involves overseeing various aspects of data management, analysis, and visualization, while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to maintain data quality and drive actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

Data Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain data quality standards and protocols to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the systems.
Data Integration: Collaborate with IT and business to design and implement efficient data integration processes, facilitating seamless data flow across various platforms.
Data Analysis: Extract, interpret, and communicate insights from data, identifying trends and patterns that inform business strategies and decision-making.
Data Visualization: Develop, maintain, and customize dashboards and reports based on business requirements to present key findings effectively.
Vendor Management: Supervise and guide external vendors in the development, testing, and implementation of data-related projects to meet organizational objectives.

Requirements:

Proven background in working with retail systems, CRM, and Omni Channel environments.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, Google Analytics, PowerBI, SSAS, and GCP.
Communication: Strong communication skills to convey technical information effectively and provide training to non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management: Capability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
