Position Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Financial Module ERP Consultant who has a deep understanding of manufacturing finance, especially in costing, and who can seamlessly blend consulting, business analysis, and project management roles. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between technical solutions and practical manufacturing financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Consulting:

Collaborate closely with business users, mainly financial controlling team, to comprehend their financial operations, with a spotlight on manufacturing and costing.
Recommend tailored ERP solutions to enhance and streamline financial processes.
Assist your business users in understanding the full potential of their ERP systems and train them on best practices.

Business Analysis:

Analyze user's existing financial systems, processes, and workflows.
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in current financial processes.
Design and propose optimized workflows and system configurations that align with user's business needs.

Project Management:

Lead ERP implementation projects, ensuring they remain on track, within budget, and meet predefined objectives.
Coordinate with internal IT teams, stakeholders, and external consultants to ensure smooth ERP deployment.
Oversee post-implementation reviews and handle any necessary adjustments to ensure optimal system performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
You can either come from IT background with focus on finance modules (SAP FICO or Oracle Finance) or from audit/accounting/finance background with transitions into IT
Experience in manufacturing finance with a strong emphasis on costing.
Prior experience in IT for the manufacturing sector.
Proven track record in ERP consulting, business analysis, and project management.
In-depth understanding of ERP systems and their application in the manufacturing domain.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A native Thai speaker with strong command of English
