Argyll Scott is helping the client looking for Head of Digital Customer Experience. This role will responsible for designing customer journey and developing Tools to improve customer experience in Leads Management System, Digital Sales/Service Tool, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing & utilization of customer data & database to achieve a consistent & personalized CRM
  • Designing the Single Actionable View of Customer, Customer Database Cleansing
  • Ensuring Data Integrity Across Systems, End-End purchase funnel data tracking & actions advice,
  • Business Intelligence Dashboard designing/maintenance/actions advice generation
  • Engaging with cross functional teams (Marketing, Sales, After Sales, Network Development, etc.) to brainstorm / capture / understand business requirements for the projects
  • Formulating the Customer Experience Strategy pertaining to Data Capturing/Sharing/Utilization
  • Working with external partners for project implementation, rollout and sustainment
  • Website Launch Planning / Management, UI/UX, Website Analytics, Website Features Planning/Launch
  • Dealer Tools - DMS (Dealer Management System), Digital Sales Tool, Lead Management System
  • Customer Applicationdevelopment/management

Key Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of total professional experience, or in a similar role in direct response Marketing Analyst or Digital Insights strongly preferred
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field
  • Experience of working on Dealer Digital Tools / Dealer Management System / Customer Database Projects / CRM Programs / Business Intelligence Dashboards / Customer Apps
  • Good Technical Understanding of Mobile Application Development / database systems, SQL / backend IT systems related to CRM (e.g. Adobe Campaign, etc.) / Omni Channel Experience - Messenger Bots, Call Center Process&Tools
  • Proactive Approach towards work and Self-Managed
  • Experience of working in a cross functional team setup, and managing external partners
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent in English & Thai communication
