One of the well-known consumer health organisations in Thailand is now releasing the attractive role. They are looking for Head of Sales for both Ethical and OTC channel to establish Sales team target and reach the organisation goal.
You will be responsible for:
- Setting Sales target and conducting team management to align with company objectives.
- Assisting in the development of the sales plan including prepareing forecasts and KPI as well as budget setting and strategic planning.
- Building process of onboarding, activation, and expansion of the target market
- Working collaboratively across functions within organisation
- Establishing and fostering partnerships and relationships with key decision makers both internal and external parties
You will need to have:
- Education background in Pharmaceutical, Sciences, Master degree is preferred.
- Over 7 Years of experience with proven track record in Sales within healthcare industry in both Ethical or OTC channel
- Strong leadership skill and large team management and team building within MNC environment
- Ability to express and collaborate with cross functional including Key Stakeholders
