Reporting to the VP of Supply Chain, you will be leading a team of 12 people. Your responsibilities will include:

Develop and implement APAC supply chain strategies to optimize inventory management, procurement, production planning, and logistics operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, transportation, and customer service, to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain execution.
Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to foster a high-performance culture.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance productivity across the supply chain.
Develop strong relationships with key suppliers, third-party logistics providers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery of materials and finished products.
Evaluate and mitigate supply chain risks through robust risk management processes, including establishing backup and contingency plans.
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management to enhance our competitive advantage.
Lead and support cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at driving supply chain excellence and delivering business results.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and ethical practices across the APAC supply chain.
