Business Development Director- Middleware 360k SGD OTE

Responsibilities
- Develops strategy and coordinates the use of corporate resources to increase sales and meet profit targets within given accounts/territory/region
- Cultivate and sustain executive-level relationships in a variety of business lines, with a focus on strategic alliances.
- Meeting and exceeding sales quotas and goals for customer satisfaction
- Conduct direct prospecting actions to target firms, such as following up on leads obtained by marketing campaigns and leveraging personal networks/relationships.
- Create a robust business pipeline through direct and partner field collaboration efforts.
- Aid in the development of new alliances and OEM agreements with target companies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of data management sales and account management expertise is required.
- Experience selling high-tech enterprise software is required. (Required) Inside and outside sales
- Proven ability to engage, negotiate, and gain new CXO connections in our target markets.
- Previous experience with SaaS, Cloud, Analytics, Database, and ETL technologies; awareness of latest Cloud trends and essential vendor goods
- a track record of selling and positioning IT solutions
- Microsoft Office & Sales Automation Tools (Salesforce.com) Proficient
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university or equivalent experience is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to talk and present to large business audiences at conferences and industry forums.
- Aid in the development of new alliances and OEM agreements with target companies.
