Responsibilities

  • Business process descriptions, functional and technical requirements, and assistance with deployment-related tasks are all provided.
  • Conduct system integration tests (SIT) and user acceptance tests (UAT) and obtain validation.
  • Assist with any activities relating to data migration.
  • Support change management before, during, and after deployment with the help of the project manager and key users.
  • Follow up with essential service providers (vendors or internal IT teams) to confirm delivery.
  • Manage communications and incidents to guarantee efficient application support.
  • Conduct technical administration activities, such as batch scheduling, setting management, and the creation of accounts and access.
  • Coordinate response efforts in the event of a service disruption, communicate with various offices in Asia and the headquarters, and make sure business teams are properly informed.
  • Track issues systematically, examine and analyze tickets, and suggest an action plan to reduce incident frequency and impact.
  • Create and update technical and functional documentation.

Requirements

  • Excellent familiarity with PLM, ERP, OMS, and web-based applications
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry's supply chain, quality control, and wholesale operations is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Customer and value focused, meticulous, and having an excellent sense of teamwork.
