Argyll Scott works with an international manufacturing organization based in Thailand to find the IT Service Delivery Manager position.

We are looking for the candidate who has background in supporting IT service in factory along with good understanding in the production process/ flow. Moreover, you should have solid knowledge and good understanding in IT Infrastructure and IT Service/ IT operation to ensure that the system can be run smoothly and the incident will be fixed based on SLA.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily IT operation in the factory (IT Infrastructure, ERP - SAP System, PC, Software/ Hardware
  • Support on related local IT incident and issues based on agree SLA
  • Act as a point of contact for IT demand
  • Involve with IT project management and budget management
  • Manage and support external vendor
  • Implement local IT policy to align with the direction from regional

Qualifications:

  • Graduated from IT or related fields
  • Good understanding in IT infrastructure, IT operation and IT application, experience in manufacturing area is a plus
  • Strong vendor management
  • Project management
  • User management
  • Fluent in Thai and English communication skills
  • Able to work in Samutprakarn area
