Manage and enhance relationship with end users on assigned territory
Identify key customers in the Territory;
Meet with doctors, decision makers to form demand and pass the projects to distributors;
Support key projects / tenders in hand with the Mindray team and distributors;
Maintain and enhance the quality and profitability of the sales plan through the development of operationally feasible and cost-effective programs;
Analyze information of the market, e.g. competitors' activities and customers' requirements etc for maximizing business opportunities;.
Organize and participate in exhibitions, seminars and other promotion activities;
Work close with key clients, decision makers and hospitals in the region.
Bachelor's degree or above, major in mMedical related fields (desirable)disciplines is preferred;
At least 3 years' experience in sales of PMLS/Uis UIS/IVD productssales (e.g. monitors, anesthesia machine, ventilators, surgical products, ultrasound, X ray, Laboratory products etc.) in related region (Moscow) or in related sphere of medical device industry
At least Intermediate English speaking and writing skill is a must
Experienced in working with end users and key clients
Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit
