As the Logistic Excellence Director, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and efficiency across our retail supply chain. You will play a critical role in streamlining processes, optimizing costs, and enhancing overall logistics performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop and implement strategies to improve end-to-end supply chain operations while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic direction of our logistics function, aligning it with company goals and objectives.
Develop and implement a comprehensive logistics excellence framework to drive continuous improvement.
Identify and evaluate opportunities to optimize inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish performance metrics, KPIs, and targets, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Lead transformational projects to enhance operational efficiency, including the implementation of new technologies and systems.
Foster strong relationships with external partners, such as carriers, 3PL providers, and suppliers, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
Build and manage a high-performing logistics team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities.
Monitor industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies, and proactively recommend solutions to enhance logistics operations.
Conduct regular audits and analysis to identify areas of improvement, risks, and cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain.
Develop robust contingency plans to mitigate disruptions or unexpected changes in logistics operations.
Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize supply chain performance.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics and supply chain operations.
