Our client is a well-established and recognised global brand. Due to continued growth they are seeking a senior Mobility professional to join their fast paced and supportive People function. As a valued member of the Reward team, this role will work with the country and HR leadership teams to support the implementation of business strategy:

Role:

This role is responsible for the development and execution of Asia mobility processes based on the Global Mobility framework. This role will be the key driver to the success of the relocation transition and integration of critical talents.

Work closely with Global Mobility team to ensure each process will align with the framework while certain flexibilities can be applied at Asia level

Be a subject expertise to advise HR Business Partners and Business Leaders if there is any complexity towards each relocation

Partner with the dedicated relocation vendor to ensure transitioning associates on their specific relocation programs that best meets their needs and the needs of their families

Partner with immigration vendor to ensure proper work permit / visa is obtained for relocating associates per the business plan

Partner with tax advisory vendor and internal tax team to ensure relocating associates understand of their income tax liability when working aboard or in their home country (if there is any) and if there is any potential Corporate tax implication if there is any special business plan

Administer the performance of each vendors and provide feedback to ensure their performance are up to the company standard standard

Support any ad-hoc projects and reporting as required


Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferably in a consumer led business or professional services environment.

Solid experience in Asia mobility management with thorough understanding of Asia tax issues and immigration

Good experience in both compensation and benefits of Asia markets

Basic knowledge in HRIS system like Workday (HR user level in term of process and reporting)

Good communication and consultative skills, ability to influence and negotiate is crucial.

Ability to work effectively within a multi-country/multidimensional environment.
