Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and talented R&D Analyst and Product Development Specialist to join our global Research and Development team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in data analysis and visualization while actively participating in the formulation of new consumer goods products or optimizing existing ones. This role requires a strong background in data analytics, proficiency in tools such as Excel and Power BI, and expertise in product development within the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis and Visualization:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to consumer goods products.
    • Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas for in-depth data analysis.
    • Develop visually appealing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
    • Present insights in a clear and comprehensible format for diverse stakeholders.
  1. Product Development:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate new consumer goods products or re-formulate existing products for improvement.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive products.
    • Provide data-driven insights to guide the development of innovative and market-responsive products.
    • Assess and optimize the performance of existing products based on data analysis.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with R&D, marketing, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to align data analysis with product development strategies.
    • Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies in data analysis, and product development.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in the product development lifecycle.


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., R&D, Science, Data Science, Statistics).
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and product development within the FMCG industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English.
  • A creative mindset with a focus on innovation.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
