An exciting opportunity with an established Luxury retail company seeking a Regional Assistant HR Manager focusing on C&B and HR Control, this is a newly created role to be part of the growing team. You will be responsible for all reward processes and will be involved in HR activities and dedicated projects with a strong focus on analysis. you will be involved to assist in designing, adopting, and implementing various C&B initiatives across SEAO.

Responsibility:

  • Payroll processing for Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and ANZ.
  • Engage in compensation and benefits surveys and analyze results
  • Review and update compensation and benefits policies and procedures on a regular basis
  • Prepare and manage the annual salary review and bonus process for SEAO
  • Manage the budget & forecast process, review and perform control & analysis on personnel cost, headcount and HR expenses to implement global HR Controlling guidelines and align with the corporate standard
  • Manage the global HR reporting tool for SEAO region and act as a key user
  • Compile C&B and internal benchmark reports and analyze the results to maintain pay competitiveness in the market
  • Assist in the job analysis and evaluation exercise
  • Adopt and implement the compensation and benefits initiatives from HQ to the local market Liaise with HQ, APAC, and shared service teams to ensure that all C&B initiatives are aligned
  • Review market intelligence and maintain competitiveness in staff attraction and retention
  • Oversee benefit administration processes including insurance renewals etc
  • Assist in any ad hoc project

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, business administration, Finance, Psychology, Statistics, or other relevant disciplines
  • 5 - 7 years of solid experience in C&B and HR Controlling. Regional exposure within similar countries will be an advantage
  • Strong analysis, HRIS, and organization skills
  • Calm under pressure, confident, positive mindset, and excellent communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office especially in Excel
