Responsibilities

  • Receive requests for information or problems via incidents (level 2 support). According to the Service Level Agreement, resolve and/or coordinate resolution (e.g., service desk or group technology teams - level 3 support). Discuss and assess the importance and risks.
  • Prepare, organize, and coordinate test sessions for projects, release/maintenance cycles, and regional solution deployments.
  • Conduct non-regression tests on a regular basis to ensure the solution's quality and stability.
  • Independence in analyzing and replicating given issues/requests in a test environment.
  • Assist Key Users on a variety of local and/or regional projects.
  • Provide training to key users through on-site or virtual sessions, and assist end users in defining project scope, objectives, planning, and deliverables.
  • Examine, prepare, and update required documentation (procedure/manual).

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of successful support experience in SAP LE or MM solutions is required.
  • Knowledge of logistic execution and material management would be advantageous.
  • Experience in implementing standard and intercompany flows would be advantageous.
  • Agile methodology knowledge is a plus.
  • Capability to learn about and investigate cross-border business flows
  • User-centered, service-oriented
  • Ready to travel (if required)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, as well as Putonghua, would be advantageous.
