Responsibilities:
- Define and implement standards/procedures for ensuring optimal customer experience
- Oversee the restructuring of an organization into a customer-focused establishment
- Monitor customer experience throughout customer journey
- Supervise the activities of customer experience team to ensure their interaction with customers reflect positively on the company
- Liaise with the production and creative departments to ensure delivery of high-quality products and services
- Accountable for project management
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- At least 5 years of experience in customer experience or customer marketing
- At least 5 years of experience in project management
- Fluent command of English (both spoken and written)
- Good interpersonal skill and team player
- Dynamic and eager to become a game-changer
