Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery Role:
- Collaborate with the team to design and architect integration architecture at various levels.
- Advise and support the project team in incorporating the integration architecture into the overall enterprise architecture.
- Create API and integration interfaces based on customer requirements.
- Develop APIs and integration interfaces following established coding standards.
- Collaborate with customers and internal QA team to resolve any bugs.
- Assist in preparing the production environment and go-live process.
- Mentor and support junior integration engineers in their development efforts, ensuring compliance with coding standards and best practices.
- Review code written by junior integration engineers.
- Lead and take responsibility for the quality and timely delivery of integration work.
Support Sales Activities:
- Assist the Customer Success team during sales activities, including presentations, proposal development, demos, workshops, and preparation of technical materials to highlight the benefits of services or products.
Capabilities and Competencies:
- Obtain necessary certificates aligned with the company's core competency plan.
- Participate in mandatory training programs to enhance personal skills.
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding and experience with microservice architecture and design.
- Knowledge of mission-critical application architecture.
- Ability to design integration architecture, including data flow design, technical design, and integration specifications.
- Proficiency in Java or J2EE, as well as SOAP/REST API development.
- Familiarity with SQL queries and stored procedures on Oracle or similar RDBMS.
- Basic knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Preferred experience with API Gateway platforms like IBM Integration Bus or Mulesoft AnyPoint.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools such as Jira Software and Confluence.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
