- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on packaging regulations and industry standards, ensuring our packaging materials and designs comply with legal and safety requirements worldwide. Collaborate with external laboratories to conduct necessary tests and facilitate certification processes.
- Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for optimizing packaging costs without compromising quality or functionality. Implement strategies to minimize waste, reduce shipping costs, and streamline packaging processes, while maintaining product integrity and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration and Communication: Partner with R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to gather input, align on packaging requirements, and provide guidance on packaging considerations.
