Job Duties:
- Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product's vision, strategy, and objectives in line with business goals and user requirements.
- Requirements Gathering: Extract, record, and prioritize detailed product needs through effective interaction with stakeholders, market analysis, and competitor research.
- Management of Feature Backlog: Develop, oversee, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it contains well-defined and prioritized user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Collaboration Across Functions: Collaborate closely with development, design, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of features, improvements, and issue resolutions.
- Roadmap Creation: Work with stakeholders to create and update a flexible product roadmap balancing short-term goals with long-term strategic aims.
- Planning Product Releases: Strategize and coordinate product releases, ensuring timely and successful feature and update delivery.
- User-Centric Design: Advocate for user-focused design principles to ensure exceptional user experiences and fulfillment of customer needs.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and product development issues, take proactive measures, and provide strategies for mitigation.
- Metrics and Analytics: Define essential product metrics, track their performance, and use data-driven insights to guide product decisions and improvements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders across the organization on product progress, decisions, and advancements.
- Market and Industry Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tech, and competition to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, project management, or similar roles in tech-focused projects.
- Strong technical background with a solid grasp of the software development process.
- Proven track record of on-time and in-scope software product delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of making informed decisions under pressure.
- Fluency in English.
- Thrives with minimal guidance, proactive, and values autonomy.
- Passion for technology and a commitment to staying current with industry trends and advancements.
