Role Purpose
You will be responsible for turning machine learning models into robust, scalable products. Working closely with Data Architects, Engineers, and Data Scientists, you will ensure that AI solutions are not only accurate but also maintainable and ready for international deployment.

Key Responsibilities
- Production-Grade Development: Build and implement reliable, scalable AI algorithms and models with high-quality code on an Azure-based MLOps ecosystem.
- Performance Optimization: Measure and fine-tune the entire lifecycle, including data pipelines, model training, real-time inferencing, and API serving.
- MLOps Collaboration: Partner with Data Architects to design system features such as model performance tracking, versioning, and automated health monitoring.
- Solution Scaling: Work with project managers and scientists to translate technical requirements into production realities, scaling solutions across different geographic regions.
- Technical Leadership: Drive best practices in data science productionalisation, version control, and software documentation to foster a strong data culture.

Requirements
- Technical Foundation: Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related Machine Learning field.
- Core Expertise: Solid experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or DevOps Engineer.
- Tech Stack: Proficient in Python, Spark, and data science libraries ( PyTorch, Pandas, sklearn).
- Data Proficiency: Strong command of SQL and NoSQL databases for handling structured and unstructured datasets.
- Pipeline Mastery: Proven experience in optimizing end-to-end ML pipelines, from data ingestion through to model deployment.
- MLOps & DevOps: Practical experience with Docker, CI/CD, and MLOps tools (monitoring, logging, and versioning).
- API Design: Experience designing and developing APIs to serve machine learning models at scale.
