Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead statutory and corporate financial reporting while ensuring full compliance with Thai GAAP, US GAAP, and tax regulations. This role is responsible for maintaining strong internal control standards, managing audits, and overseeing tax submissions. You will also lead a small team and collaborate closely with plant finance, shared service centers, and regional finance teams to drive process improvements and ensure financial accuracy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and submission of accurate financial statements in compliance with Thai GAAP and US GAAP.

  • Oversee month-end closing activities and review day-to-day accounting transactions.

  • Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including BOI-related submissions.

  • Supervise fixed asset management, account reconciliations, and statutory reporting.

  • Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with SOX and company policies.

  • Act as the primary contact for internal and external audits.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Partner with Shared Service Centers and Plant Finance teams to streamline accounting processes and enhance operational efficiency.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience at a managerial level.

  • Strong knowledge of Thai tax laws, BOI regulations, Thai GAAP, and US GAAP.

  • Fluent in English(both written and spoken).

  • Proficient in SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.


Preferred Attributes

  • CPA or equivalent professional certification.

  • Experience working in a multinational or manufacturing environment.

  • Familiarity with shared services and regional reporting structures.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
