AI Business Analyst (Retail) 12 Months Contract - 45K ./ Month

A leading retail organization client of mine is looking to hire a Business Analyst to support transformation initiatives across promotion and merchandising planning. Successful candidates will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and vendors to deliver AI-driven business transformations.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and solution specifications
• Partner closely with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Marketing teams; vendors, and development teams to deliver solutions
• Support system integration, testing, rollout, and user adoption
• Leverage SQL and data analysis to support decision-making and solution validation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Analyst or Commercial Analyst
• Strong retail business domain knowledge in areas such as Promotion Planning, Assortment Planning, Category Management, Merchandising, or Supply Chain
• Experience with vendor management and managing overseas stakeholders
• Fluent in Cantonese and English
• Experience with AI, advanced analytics, or data-driven transformation initiatives
