A global iconic luxury beauty maison is hiring a commercially strong Area Manager to lead distributor markets across Southeast Asia and Oceania.

Reporting to the Zone Director, this is a high-visibility regional role with ownership for business performance, market development, and distributor partnerships across the region. It is well suited to someone comfortable with frequent business travel and operating across multicultural markets.

Based in the Singapore regional hub, this role is a strong fit for candidates with experience in luxury beauty, regional distributor management, forecasting, market planning, and brand execution across indirect markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead distributor partners across Southeast Asia and Oceania to drive sales growth, market performance, and stronger execution
• Own forecasting, annual planning, business reviews, and follow-through actions across assigned markets
• Partner distributors on launches, assortment, pricing, visibility, and retail activation
• Uphold luxury brand standards across distributor-led retail environments
• Align regional stakeholders across commercial, marketing, supply chain, and finance

Key requirements

• Luxury beauty experience is essential
• Regional experience across distributor, agent, or indirect market models
• Strong commercial acumen across forecasting, planning, and performance management
• Able to influence senior partners and regional stakeholders with credibility
• Agile, hands-on, and comfortable operating across multicultural markets
