Key Account Manager – Prestige Beauty, ASEAN
Singapore | Regional Scope | Approximately 50% Travel
Exclusive search: A global recognisable luxury beauty maison is hiring an experienced Key Account Manager(or Business Development Manager) to grow sell-out across ASEAN through local distributors and retail partners. Based in Singapore and reporting to the Head of ASEAN, this role will work closely with local distributors and retail partners across department stores, specialty beauty retailers, standalone boutiques and franchise-led environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sell-out growth across assigned markets, distributors and retail doors
- Build strong distributor and retail-partner relationships, supported by performance reviews and action plans
- Analyse sales by market, door and category to improve productivity, visibility and execution
- Deliver launches, activations, assortments and visual merchandising, partnering with distributors on stock availability and brand presentation
- Identify new doors, improved spaces and additional visibility opportunities
- Coach in-market retail teams and Beauty Advisors to strengthen selling capability and customer experience
Key Requirements
- Essential: more than 8 years' experience in key account management, business development or commercial management within luxury
beauty / cosmetics / fragrance
- Exposure to distributor-led business models
and multi-door retail channels across ASEAN/APAC
- Track record of driving sell-out performance and high-quality retail execution
- Strong commercial analysis, stakeholder management and field execution capability
- Fluent English and willingness to travel regionally for approximately 50% of the role; additional Asian language capability is advantageous
