A high-growth global food and beverage organisation
is looking for a dynamic Asia Marketing Director (Head)
to join its regional hub in Singapore.
Reporting to the Zone VP, you will lead brand strategy, communications, consumer insights, and an insight-led innovation pipeline, driving profitable growth and brand love/consistency across North Asia (incl. China) and SEA markets, across channels.
Key responsibilities
- Set APAC brand strategy and playbooks (positioning, comms frameworks, guardrails) that markets can execute at pace
- Lead integrated demand building: briefing and steering agencies, creative judgment/approval, year-round marketing engine
- Build a sharp insights-to-actions engine: brand health, competitor moves, segmentation, and clear commercial implications
- Own the innovation pipeline end-to-end: insight → concept → test → launch readiness, partnering cross-functionally and externally
- Influence in-market teams and partners/distributors/franchisees to raise execution quality, consistency, and ROI across channels
Key requirements
- More than 10 years of CPG/FMCP brand/product marketing experiences, with regional scope and clear, measurable growth outcomes
- Experienced in China market and fluent in Chinese/Mandarin is highly advantageous (as this market drives huge part of the APAC results)
- Proven track record launching innovation (not only comms), with strong commercial instinct and execution rigor
- Effective stakeholder leadership across internal teams, agencies, and partners/distributors/franchisees
- Fit for frequent business travel
