Business Acceptance Analyst - max HKD 35k

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct conflict checks for new clients and matters
• Perform AML/CDD and reputational risk checks on clients, matters, and counterparties
• Support lawyers and stakeholders on client acceptance, sanctions, and risk queries
• Review and validate client and matter data for accuracy
• Help set up and maintain information barriers to protect client confidentiality
• Collaborate with colleagues across Hong Kong, the UK, and the US.

Key Requirements:

• Must have 1 to 3 years’ experience in conflicts, compliance, AML, CDD, KYC, and risk
• Strong English communication skills(written & spoken)
• Good communication and being detail-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and manage priorities
• Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is preferred
