Business Analyst - 35K - Insurance (12 months)

My client is a reputable Insurance company, seeking a a Business Analyst to join their Digital team. This is a wonderful opportunity for those who are eager to have hands-on experience in developing digital applications and see them to fruition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders and the Digital Product team to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Prepare user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and change requests.
• Provide requirement clarification during SIT and UAT.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience within Insurance industry
• Solid exposure to digital applications
• Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese
• Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to digital transformation, customer experience, or omnichannel initiatives is an advantage
