My client is a Financial Services company, seeking Business Analysts to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to engage in transformation and process improvement. This is initially a 6-months engagement that will convert to permanent upon strong performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse business requirements
- Drafting and reviewing business requirement documents and writing user stories
- Review test cases and plans
- Assisting in project management tasks, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within Financial Services
- Experience using SQL / Alteryx
- Ability to breakdown complex problems into easily consumable solutions
- Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving skills and prioritisation skills
- Exceptional communication skills
