The role plays a dual role, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of the Bangkok office while also supporting commercial activities and the local MD.
This includes local statutory compliance, vendor management, internal employee support, and active involvement in commercial functions such as market mapping, proposal development, and client presentation preparation (and potentilly initial screening of C-level candidates if appropriate)
Key Responsibilities:
Local Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with Thai laws and regulations (labour law, tax, corporate reporting).
- Coordinate with internal finance team in thailand and external accountants and legal advisors for government filings (DBD, SSO, Revenue Department).
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely statutory reporting (e.g., VAT, WHT, SSO submissions).
HR & People Support
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes in coordination with regional HR.
Commercial Support Responsibilities
Market Mapping & Research
- Assist MD and commercial leads in conducting high-level talent market mapping based on client briefs.
- Gather information on candidate availability, market trends, and competitor structures within defined sectors.
- Use CRM to provide up to date client data and analysis. Help track meetings with key clients.
Proposal Development
- Support the creation of tailored retained and other solution proposals including sitting on client briefings
- Maintain proposal templates and ensure alignment with regional and global branding standards.
- Coordinate internal inputs (consultant bios, case studies, pricing) and format proposals professionally for client presentation.
Presentation & Deck Preparation
- Prepare and format client-facing presentations and pitch materials in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Work closely with commercial teams to ensure key messages are captured clearly and accurately.
- Assist in localizing regional/global decks for the Thai market, maintaining high visual and content standards.
Office Operations & Administration
- Oversee all office functions, including facilities, maintenance, equipment, and general upkeep.
- Serve as the main point of contact for building management, suppliers, and service providers.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and day-to-day administrative support for the local team.
- Assist in drafting region-specific and country-specific terms to ensure smooth and legally compliant recruitment processes
