Retained search: An international B2B distribution and supply chain organisation is appointing an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Philippines. Based in Manila, this is a transformation-led country CFO mandate for a commercially strong finance leader who can drive business performance, strengthen finance capability and partner effectively with senior leadership.

For the right executive, the role offers potential longer-term progression into a broader group finance leadership remit, subject to performance and organisational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full finance function across reporting, FP&A, budgeting, treasury, tax, audit, governance and compliance

Drive cash flow, working capital, credit risk, collections and balance sheet discipline

Partner senior leadership on profitability, commercial terms, contracts, investment decisions and cost management

Strengthen finance processes, controls, systems, performance visibility and organisational capability

Lead practical transformation while remaining hands-on in a complex operating environment

Key Requirements

Proven experience as a CFO, Country Finance Director or senior regional finance leader in a sizeable and complex business

Strong understanding of the Philippines market, complemented by regional or international exposure

Relevant experience in B2B distribution, supply chain, logistics, route-to-market or principal/distributor business models

Broad finance leadership capability across commercial finance, controllership, treasury, tax, governance, working capital and credit management

Demonstrated track record in transformation, organisational change or performance improvement

Strong executive presence, commercial judgement and a practical, hands-on leadership style

CPA or equivalent professional accountancy qualification, with the ability to meet applicable Philippines statutory requirements
