A leading financial institution is seeking talented customer services officers to support their growing business in Hong Kong.
Ideal Profile
- Min. 1-2 years of customer services experience in banking, insurance or relevant industry, prior experience in pensions/ORSO/MPF a plus.
- Strong customer service skills and good telephone manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Ability to understand client's needs and demands and offer appropriate solutions in a professional manner
- Demonstrated agility to work in a fast-paced and structured environment
- Abiility to work under pressure and display empathy and resilience when handling difficult or senstive calls
- Openess to receive feedback and willingness to devlop professional
- Intermediate computer literacy and keyboard skills (MS Office suite) and attention to detail and accuracy
- Immediate availability an advantage
