Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Stewardship & Governance:
    Maintain trusted data foundations by performing audits, supporting data reconciliation efforts, and promoting data quality best practices across client environments.
  • System Enablement & User Support:
    Provide hands-on support with system access and workflows, acting as a key enabler across platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Tableau, or equivalent enterprise tools. Manage user permissions and resolve first-level technical issues.
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
    Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into clear technical tasks or requirements for delivery teams.
  • Data Insights & Reporting:
    Assist in preparing dashboards and reports by querying, cleaning, and interpreting data using tools like SQL, Excel, or modern BI platforms.
  • Compliance & Best Practices:
    Ensure data handling aligns with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA), internal policies, and industry standards.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data management, analytics, or IT support.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar.
  • Basic proficiency in SQL or advanced Excel for data manipulation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a high attention to data quality.
  • Clear communication skills and experience working with internal teams and clients.
  • Interest in developing a career in consulting and digital transformation.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with business analysis or requirements engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with data protection and compliance regulations.
  • Experience working in multinational and cross-functional project environments.
