6 month extendable contract (may convert to perm) / Strategic Change & Delivery

We’re seeking a Digital Channels Project Lead to drive large-scale digital transformation and governance initiatives across global platforms. This role is ideal for a hands-on delivery leader who thrives in complex environments and excels at bringing structure, visibility and pace to digital programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple digital change initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring delivery against strategic objectives.
• Establish effective programme governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks.
• Coordinate across Operations, Product, Technology and Client teams to align priorities and ensure smooth delivery.
• Provide transparent progress updates and manage stakeholder expectations at all levels.
• Promote best practices in project management, communication and continuous improvement.

Experience & Skills

• Proven background in project or programme management, ideally within financial services or digital transformation.
• Strong track record implementing governance and delivery frameworks across complex, global programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of digital platforms or data-driven initiatives.
• Professional certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred.
