Finance Analyst (B2B, Phuket Base)

We are looking for a Finance Analyst for an international textile manufacturing company. This role focuses on financial planning, product costing, and reporting, providing key insights to support business decisions. Report: Senior FP&A Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product costing models, ensuring accuracy of inputs such as raw materials, labor, and overheads
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., supply chain, procurement, production) to validate cost data and resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end closing activities, including financial data validation, variance analysis, and preparation of management reports
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, including cashflow forecasting and scenario analysis
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights to support business decision-making
• Track working capital and support financial planning initiatives across the business
• Ensure data integrity, maintain proper documentation, and support audit requirements
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Solid understanding of financial statements and financial analysis
• Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in English
• Organized, self-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical mindset with good interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Commercially curious with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ERP or financial planning tools
• Exposure to product costing
• Background in manufacturing or FMCG
