Gen AI Engineer- 3k- Contract- No visa sponsorship

Key responsibilities

• Build cutting-edge technology that gives bolttech a strong competitive edge in the market
• Develop proof of concepts (POCs) and prototypes, with a strong focus on speed-to-market and MVP delivery
• Apply Agile and Lean methodologies to deliver key features efficiently
• Continuously explore and adopt new technologies and technical capabilities
• Design, build, and maintain AI and GenAI-powered solutions
• Integrate GenAI capabilities into platforms to create future-proof products
• Ensure applications are scalable, maintainable, and production-ready across multi-tenant, global environments
• Document technical designs and implementation details
• Provide production support, including troubleshooting, incident triage, and timely bug fixes

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience with AWS cloud services(e.g. S3, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, EC2, Lambda, AppSync, Kinesis, Lex, Polly, Transcribe, ECS/EKS, ECR, etc.)
• Experience building serverless and microservices architectures(Docker, Lambda, ECS, EKS, etc.)
• Solid understanding of networking concepts(VPC, security groups, load balancers, ingress/egress)
• Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as ReactJS, NextJS, NestJS
• Experience with NoSQL databases(MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines(e.g. Bitbucket Pipelines)
• Experience with testing frameworks(Jest, Playwright, Cypress)
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code(Terraform)
• Strong understanding of Git workflows and tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
• Experience working in Agile/Lean environments(JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice to have

• AWS certifications (e.g. Solutions Architect)
• Experience with Go (Golang)
• Exposure to WebRTC or Contact Center technologies
• Hands-on experience with GenAI concepts(RAG, tokens, hallucination, temperature, etc.)
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Python, or Google ADK
• Experience with speech technologies(Text-to-Speech, Speech-to-Text, Speech-to-Speech)
