Job Title: Global Security Operations Service Delivery Lead
Location: Singapore
Position Summary
The Global Security Service Owner is accountable for the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide security services. This role ensures services are aligned with company's security policies, compliance requirements, and risk posture while meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Acting as the bridge between security, IT service delivery, vendors, and business stakeholders, the Service Owner drives operational excellence and vendor accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage assigned global security services (e.g., endpoint protection, identity and access management, vulnerability management, security monitoring).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for security service operations, escalations, and vendor performance.
- Define, monitor, and report on SLAs, KPIs, and service health; ensure timely resolution of incidents and compliance with agreed service levels.
- Manage third-party vendors: negotiate contracts and SLAs, conduct regular service reviews, and enforce performance standards.
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure, service desk, and application teams to integrate security controls seamlessly.
- Engage with end users to promote adoption and effective use of security services.
- Maintain service roadmaps and drive continual improvement through automation and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies, standards, and external regulatory requirements.
- Support incident response and problem management activities related to security services.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years in IT or cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in service ownership or service management.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and cybersecurity principles.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise security technologies (endpoint security, IAM, SIEM, vulnerability management, cloud security).
- Proven track record in vendor management and SLA enforcement.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL are a plus.
