We’re looking for a Head of Delivery – someone who blends technical depth with strategic thinking, people leadership, and a relentless focus on outcomes. You’ll take full ownership of driving best-in-class of software engineering team practices across our delivery organization, ensuring we consistently ship impactful, high-quality solutions.

This role is for someone who’s operated at Head of Engineering / CTO / Tech Delivery Lead level and thrives at the intersection of business and technology.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Own the end-to-end technology delivery strategy across engineering and
  • Translate product vision into actionable, scalable, and predictable engineering roadmaps
  • Mentor and scale high-performing, multi-disciplinary engineering teams – including team leads and directors
  • Champion Agile delivery models and implement frameworks that drive clarity, velocity, and quality
  • Serve as a technical thought leader for architecture, DevOps, microservices, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), and emerging technologies
  • Be a strategic partner to Product, Business, and C-level stakeholders – turning business goals into tech solutions
  • Inspire a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement

Key Qualifications;

  • 15+ years in technology, with 10+ years in engineering leadership roles, ideally at scale
  • Background as a CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Software Delivery in fast-moving tech environments
  • Expertise in modern architectures: microservices, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud-native technologies
  • A sharp eye for delivery operations – process optimization and quality assurance
  • Strong technical foundation – comfortable diving into code, architecture, or infrastructure when needed
  • Experience managing and developing large teams (40+ engineers, cross-functional teams)
  • Clear, confident communicator – able to influence exec stakeholders and inspire technical teams
  • A track record of hiring, mentoring, and building resilient, high-trust engineering cultures
