About the role
You will be at the forefront leading strategic initiatives focused on system migration, change management, and organizational transformation to drive growth and enhance institutional capabilities. This role involves developing and executing leadership and talent development programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and supporting key transformation efforts to align with the institution’s mission. Key responsibilities include designing staff and faculty development programs, managing the Learning Management System, managing employee engagement initiatives, and championing diversity and inclusion across learning and development efforts. As the Head of L&OD, you will mentor, lead and guide a team to ensuring alignment with the institution’s strategic goals and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
What we’ll like to see in you
You will possess and bring with you a bachelor’s degree in HR or it’s equivalent, coupled with at least 8 years of experience in similar capacity of L&OD. A strong understanding of the local market and workforce dynamics is essential. Regional or international experience is not a mandate requirement. This role is well-suited for someone with a proven track record in leadership development, talent management, and employee engagement, along with experience in system migration and change management. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels and a data-driven approach to assess program effectiveness. Leadership experience in mentoring and developing teams within an HR COE or similar structure is highly desirable.
