Head of Operations – Thailand based

Our client – a multinational company is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Operations to lead nationwide operations in Thailand. This critical role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring brand compliance, and enhancing performance across all company branches in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead national operations with a strong focus on customer experience, brand standards, and operational efficiency
• Act as the key liaison between the regional office and store-level teams, ensuring smooth execution of strategic initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and service delivery
• Oversee structured and effective communication of operational programs to field teams
• Collaborate with franchisees to enhance operational performance, compliance, and business outcomes
• Leverage data to monitor KPIs, identify performance gaps, and lead improvement initiatives
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (HR, Training, New Store Openings) to support scalability and team capability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; MBA is a plus
• 7–10 years of experience in food retail or similar consumer-facing operations, including above-store leadership experience
• Proven leadership, coaching, and execution skills
• Strong track record of performance improvement through data-driven decision-making
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of operations and team dynamics
• A strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution ability
