We are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to shape the commercial direction of a high-growth, market-leading business for Thai and Asia Pacific market. This is a rare opportunity for a strategic sales leader to take ownership of a fast-expanding portfolio and drive impact across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and drive global sales strategy, ensuring strong account prioritization and alignment across all regions.
  • Lead topline, bottom-line and market share growth, owning full P&L performance for the business.
  • Establish customer-level KPIs, monitor results, and implement actions to close performance gaps.
  • Strengthen key customer relationships and directly manage high-priority accounts.
  • Expand customer pipeline, drive new business opportunities, and grow share of wallet across categories.
  • Evaluate regional commercial proposals and ensure alignment with global commercial strategy.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams to align forecasts, improve service levels, and support S&OP processes.
  • Identify operational risks (e.g., production, inventory, planning issues) and co-develop solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with global Commercial leads across regions to exchange insights and align go-to-market approaches.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global commercial team, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Drive talent development, coaching, succession planning, and employee engagement in partnership with HR.
  • Champion organizational values and lead teams through change while maintaining a positive culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales, with a strong track record of driving B2B growth.
  • Deep expertise in international B2B sales, business strategy, and full P&L ownership.
  • Proven ability to identify and solve complex commercial challenges and build effective long-term strategic plans.
  • International experience or exposure working with global customers or cross-market teams, preferably in Japan, Korea, or Europe.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
