We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to drive revenue growth, expand business opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships across multiple service offerings. The role involves leading a sales team, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand business across various service lines
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the sales team to enhance capabilities, ensure goal alignment, and foster career development
- Explore and capture new market opportunities across services such as warehousing, transportation and distribution, customer service, and industrial products/services
- Oversee business development initiatives for technology-driven solutions, including GPS and IoT-based applications
- Build and strengthen customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships
- Collaborate closely with product, operations, and finance teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare forecasts, manage pipeline reviews, and present reports to senior management
- Represent the company in high-level negotiations with key clients and business partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Marketing, or related field.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in sales leadership, preferably in logistics, services, or industrial sectors
- Strong track record of developing and executing sales strategies that deliver measurable business growth
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Strong communication skills in English
