Our client, a well-established multinational company, is seeking a passionate and strong HR Operations professional to drive operational excellence and deliver outstanding HR outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee core HR operational functions: HRIS, Onboarding, Offboarding, Rewards Operations, and Internal Communications
- Lead and develop a team of 20+ HR professionals to foster a high-performance and engaged culture
- Act as a key strategic advisor to Thailand leadership to drive strategic HR direction and operational transformation..
- Enhance service delivery through process improvements and efficient HR operations
- Utilize data, dashboards, and KPIs to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement
- Deliver a best HR experience for a business of 1,000+ employees
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years' HR experience with a focus on operations and systems.
- Experience managing or working within HR functions for large organizations (1,000+ employees).
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in HRIS
and process optimization.
- Fluent in Thai and English
- Thai nationality only
