Our client, an established legal firm, is hiring an HR Partner to support Partners and business leaders on both HR and office management matters. This role combines strategic HR partnering with oversight of day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and professional workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to Partners on employee relations, performance, and talent matters
- Drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning
- Manage employee relations issues in line with Singapore employment laws
- Support workforce planning and organisational effectiveness initiatives
- Lead or support HR projects, policies, and process improvements
- Partner on hiring needs and onboarding (as required)
Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations, facilities, and vendor management
- Ensure a professional, efficient, and well-maintained office environment
- Manage office budgets, procurement, and administrative processes
- Coordinate workplace policies, health & safety, and business continuity support
- Support internal events, meetings, and office-wide initiatives
Requirements
- 6–10 years of HR experience, with HRBP/advisory exposure
- Experience in professional services/legal firms preferred
- Prior exposure to office or workplace management is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
