Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide both strategic and operational HR support across multiple manufacturing sites in the Northeast region. This role is key to driving people capability, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will work closely with site leaders, regional HR teams, and Centers of Excellence to ensure seamless HR operations and alignment of HR strategies with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Partnership – Act as a trusted advisor to site leadership, providing insights, coaching, and HR solutions aligned with business priorities.

  • Talent Acquisition & Development – Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to attract and retain top talent while supporting capability building, succession planning, and leadership development.

  • Performance & Workforce Management – Drive a high-performance culture, facilitate performance review processes, and support workforce planning to enhance organizational effectiveness.

  • Employee Engagement & Relations – Lead engagement initiatives, foster a positive work environment, and manage ER/IR matters, including union-related issues when required.

  • Policy & Compliance – Ensure all HR practices are compliant with Thai labor laws and company policies, while promoting continuous improvements to enhance the workplace culture.

  • Compensation & Benefits – Support the implementation of total rewards programs, salary reviews, and bonus cycles while providing guidance on C&B policies.

  • HR Analytics & Systems – Maintain accurate HR data, generate workforce reports, and leverage HRIS tools to enable data-driven decision-making.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 7–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment; regional or multi-site experience is a plus.

  • Strong background in talent management, employee engagement, ER/IR, and total rewards.

  • Knowledge of Thai labor laws and local HR practices.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong communication skills in Thai and English(written & spoken).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools.

  • Ability to travel across multiple sites in the Northeast region as required.
